The Manor has 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 tiled bathrooms with showers (two upstairs and one downstairs). Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and one has a queen. There is a cozy living room, and airy porch, a kitchen and laundry and a dining room seating 8. The Manor has two large stone patios with numerous seating areas; one has a gas grill and the other a fountain for quieter moments. Both patios have stunning views across Robert Treman park towards Ithaca.

Wake up to watch the sunrise from your comfortable bed, and enjoy the jubilant birdsong and spectacular views across the valley. Situated on the second floor,this room features hard wood floors, a king sized bed with comfortable memory foam mattress, air-conditioning, free wi-fi and a luxurious, private tiled bathroom with large shower and equally stunning views! This cute, 400 sq. feet cottage with vaulted ceilings is surrounded by colorful flower borders and spacious lawns where your pet can play to his heart’s delight. The bedroom has a door leading to the large, enclosed wrap around deck which boasts stunning views across Robert Treman park towards Ithaca. It is equipped with a dining set, sun umbrellas, a small gas grill and easy chairs. It is fully enclosed to contain your dog. The living area has a TV screen with sound bar to play movies/music off your laptop. A love seat in the living area which can be made into a twin bed provides an additional bed for a third person at an additional cost of $40/night. This includes bedding and towels. Pets can be left alone for some time as long as they can cope without becoming loud or destructive.
